At DreamTours Valencia, adventure is at the heart of every experience—but so is safety. Whether we’re swimming in hidden gorges, hiking through wild landscapes, or chasing waterfalls, I make sure you can fully enjoy the journey without unnecessary risks. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the terrain, the conditions, and most importantly, the people who join my tours.
From the moment you book to the final goodbye, your well-being is my top priority. Here’s how I make sure you have the best time—safely.
1) Where There’s Water on Rocks, There’s Algae—and That Means Slippery Surfaces
Exploring waterfalls, swimming in gorges, and venturing through untouched wilderness is what DreamTours Valencia is all about. Over time, I’ve studied every path, every rock, and every tricky surface along the way. I know this terrain like the back of my hand, which means I can guide you safely while letting you embrace the adventure.
Now, I’m not here to force my help on anyone—but whether you like it or not, your safety is always my priority! Some guests prefer to navigate on their own, and I totally respect that (I’d probably be one of them too 😆). Still, I always keep a watchful eye.
To minimize risks, I provide water shoes that improve grip on slippery surfaces, but even with the best precautions, nature is unpredictable. That’s why I stay vigilant, offering guidance whenever needed. In two and a half years of running these tours, no one has ever been injured under my watch—and that’s a fact I take great pride in.
2) Communication: Staying Connected Before, During, and After Your Tour
Safety doesn’t just happen on the trails—it starts long before you even arrive. That’s why, after every booking, you’ll receive a warm welcome via WhatsApp with all the important details you need. Why? Simply because that’s the kind of message I’d love to receive myself! Who doesn’t appreciate a little extra care and clarity before an adventure, right?
But it’s more than just logistics. This open line of communication means you can reach out anytime, not just for tour-related questions but for anything that makes your time in Valencia better. Need a restaurant recommendation? Curious about hidden spots in the city? Think of me as your friendly new neighbor, always happy to help 😉.
3) My Preparations: The Safety Net You Don’t See, But Always Have
A great adventure should feel effortless, but behind the scenes, I make sure every tour is backed by careful preparation. Here’s what I always have on hand to keep you safe:
✅ First aid kit – Always with me, stocked and ready for any minor injuries.
✅ Medical insurance coverage – Helicopter and ambulance assistance anytime, just in case.
✅ EpiPens – For severe allergic reactions, even if you don’t think you need one.
✅ Water shoes – Provided for everyone to navigate slippery surfaces safely.
✅ Floating noodles & life jackets – To support anyone who needs extra confidence in the water.
✅ Emergency contacts & backup plans – I always have a plan in place for unexpected situations.
✅ Weather tracking – I keep a close eye on forecasts to adjust plans accordingly.
✅ Pre-tour briefings – Quick but essential safety tips before we set off.
All of this happens so that you can focus on immersing yourself in the experience, without worry.
